The art village a few blocks will be busy this weekend with two special events in addition to the monthly art walk. Chrysalis Launcher, great statue by artist Catherine Woods, will join the public art collection in the area with a ceremony of blessing; music and dancers will float through the village participate in Dancing through the show village in conjunction with realizing Bradenton s music Slam.
On Saturday during a walking art, free entertainment and dance instruction offered to participants during the Slam music. The lineup includes the song The Elephant in the room, ?The Cretins Standback Band, Gears, sounds like fun, Jimbo and George, and interactive drum jams. Different kinds of dance styles promised. Join the conga lines weave through the village, bringing acoustic instruments, and flash mobs are encouraged.
